Jim’s executive leadership experience includes building and improving professional services organizations as well as selling and delivering advanced business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. Having served as managing director at Columbus IT USA Inc., he brings an extensive background in building successful sales teams and producing rapid and profitable growth. Bretschneider brings extensive experience in strategic account engagement and management, business and IT consulting for Fortune 500 and global companies and sales and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Solutions in the USA, Europe and Asia.
Brad Monnet is a Manager, CRM Delivery at AKA Enterprise Solutions. As a Manager, Brad is a project leader and mentor, representing delivery in sales efforts; planning, staffing, and managing projects. With a background in finance, finance operations, and working as a CRM analyst in the financial industry prior to AKA, Brad is a central figure leading AKA’s Financial Industry strategy. He is a Project Manager for AKA’s strategic clients, leading large project teams through challenging enterprise implementation projects. Brad is a CRM certified professional, balancing both his project management acumen with concrete Dynamics CRM knowledge, and how to map client processes into the CRM product. Brad espouses project management techniques and best practice delivery policies while also mentoring mid-level and junior analysts.
